Akhila, a second-generation entrepreneur, brings a wealth of experience from her family-run print business, Caxton Offset Pvt. Ltd. After graduating in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Print Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, she then ventured into the United States, contributing her skills as a Production Assistant for the widely circulated children's magazine, Highlights for Children, and allied book publishing firms. In 2006, Akhila returned to India, joining the family business, where she has played a pivotal role in steering the company towards new frontiers. Her current focus revolves around Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Nutraceutical Packaging, where her strengths shine through in process controls, Management Information System (MIS) implementation, and the adept management of challenging operations with innovative value additions. A natural extension of her diverse profile led her to become an integral part of Naidile Artistry. Akhila's unique merit lies in infusing ornate presentation dimensions into the intricate art forms, seamlessly blending her expertise in printing and packaging with the world of traditional Indian art. Outside of work, Akhila delights in travel and outdoor activities, savouring moments spent with her cheerful daughter as the highlight of her day.
Deepika Thakur Grandhi
Deepika is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 18 years of association with the internationally recognized academic medical institution, Cleveland Clinic. She currently serves as the Business Development Head for Cleveland Clinic in India. Pioneering healthcare and technology convergence, she collaborates on optimal patient care solutions for the Indian healthcare ecosystem. In 2019, with the goal of providing Indian patients and providers access to top US medical expertise and an evidence-based second opinion programme, Deepika spearheaded IMAS Healthcare - a venture that facilitates virtual consultations and empowers patients to navigate complex medical decisions. However, her journey extends beyond healthcare. Having lived in the United States for a decade, Deepika's yearning to contribute to the India story in a meaningful manner solidified into a social cause venture: Naidile Artistry in 2023. In today's tech-savvy and AI-driven world, where art can be created instantly and manufacturing advancements challenge traditional craftsmanship, Deepika believes in the social responsibility of being custodians of Indian art and handicraft products. Her commitment to this cause is reflected through Naidile Artistry, where she is on a mission to create awareness about Indian artisans and their handcrafted products. Deepika holds a Master’s in computer information science and Bachelor's Degrees in Science and Law. Deepika is a mother of two girls and a fitness and longevity enthusiast. In her free time, Deepika enjoys reading Urdu poetry and writing poems.
Kavitha Gurijala
Kavitha, a seasoned Computer Science graduate, boasts a 17-year career leading software teams across diverse domains. Her expertise combines academic excellence with real-world leadership, steering client implementations in dynamic industries. After a highly successful career in corporate technology, Kavitha redirected her path, utilising her IT and management skills for a purpose-driven project. Naidile, born from the collaboration of remarkable women, is fueled by shared passions exploring personal beliefs and social perspectives. Kavitha's tech skills drive this mission - a poignant effort to raise awareness about neglected Indian art forms, support artists, and preserve traditions for the future. This project holds a special place in Kavitha’s heart, recognising the declining number of artists and aiming to revive the tapestry of our cultural heritage. Apart from her professional responsibilities, she is enthusiastic about exploring diverse cultures through travel, a dedicated Kuchipudi dancer, a fitness enthusiast, and an advocate of education for underprivileged children, embodying a vibrant and compassionate lifestyle.
Neelima Guttikonda
Neelima is a compassionate and dedicated individual with extensive experience in business management and non-profit consulting. She has spent over a decade supporting the global textile market by collaborating closely with weavers to promote Indian handwoven fabrics and apparel. Neelima's profound understanding of the industry emphasises the importance of empowering underserved communities. In addition to her professional endeavours, Neelima is also committed to service through voluntary efforts and consultations with numerous NGOs, corporations, PSUs, and government institutions. Her strategic planning and project implementation have positively impacted the lives of the underprivileged. Neelima's influential presence extends to her service on non-profit boards and committees, where she actively contributes to various initiatives. What sets Neelima apart is her unwavering dedication to creating positive change globally. She is also dedicated to preserving Indian art and crafts through Naidile Artistry, reflecting her belief in the transformative power of art. Outside of her professional pursuits, Neelima is a devoted mother, navigating the joys and challenges of parenting two capable teenage daughters. She finds joy in the culinary arts, exploring her passion for cooking, and seeks inspiration from her travels and moments spent amidst nature. Neelima's multifaceted approach to life encapsulates a harmonious blend of professional excellence and personal fulfilment.
